The ROVER Laboratories S.p.A. provides a service and repair for all equipment manufactured by it, including instruments PRIMEDIGITAL.

The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice / receipt.

Registration and access to SUPPORT & SW DOWNLOAD area

To download the program interface SMART PRO, SW upgrades and plans for memory and SAT TV on your instrument, you should go to the "SUPPORT & SW DOWNLOAD" area.

To access, please "Login" by entering your login information "Username" and "Password".

If you have not registered yet, click on "Register now" and follow the registration procedure.

Next, you will receive an email to confirm your address, then the computer will try to access the data sent Username and Password.
